A WORD ABOUT INSURANCE:
We are preferred providers for Blue Cross, Blue Shield of North Dakota/Dental Service Corps of North Dakota. For your convenience, we routinely file other insurances electronically on the patient's behalf. We do what we can to maximize your insurance benefits, but insurance and any remaining balance is ultimately the patient's responsibility, with payment due at time of service. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and participate with the Citi Health Card Payment Plan.
